AI Day: KI:SL

On 21 April 2026, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., the University of Göttingen will host its AI Day – AI:SL. The day is designed for students and teaching staff and offers a diverse program.

Using practical examples, the limits and possibilities of AI in teaching and learning will be explored. The program includes lectures, workshops, and information stands, as well as an evening panel discussion, among others with Doris Weßels, on the topic of AI in higher education and teaching.

Several exciting AI events will take place in March.
On March 12, 2026, the AI Workshop will be held, offering a short introduction to artificial intelligence and the opportunity to try out useful tools.

The semester-long course "Getting Ready to Teach with AI" begins on March 5, 2026. At the end of the month, on March 31, 2026, the event "AI and Assessments" will take place.
