Posting: Equal Opportunities Officer for the Institute for Diversity Research (deadline: October 24, 2025)

The Institute for Diversity Research is seeking up to two individuals to serve as Institute Gender Equality Officers for the winter semester 2025/26.

Responsibilities include, among others, supporting staff recruitment procedures and participating in personnel matters. The Institute Gender Equality Officers work closely with Nathalie Richter, Gender Equality Officer of the Faculty of Social Sciences. The role offers valuable insight into gender equality work within the university’s committees.
